Took the kids here for dinner. It opened 2 weeks prior for the decor was modern and trendy as well as clean. We had the prime rib in both sukiyaki and shabu shabu the meat and vegetables were fresh. All the sauces were standard nothing extraordinary. The rice was hard so it was probably left out before being served but it wasn't cheap rice. I was happy that they didn't try to put their own spin on the dish and try to make it some type of" fusion" restaurant. Service was good. We order Extra udon noodles and edamame which never came but it worked out since I ordered too much food anyway. I recommend it anytime you are looking for a healthy meal.
