  • It really does pain me to have to write this because I used to be such a fan of this place, but my last two experiences at Jeniza have been absolutely terrible. Both nail techs were incredibly hurried, sloppy, and careless. In all the years I've had my nails done, I've never had such horrible experiences - let alone twice in a row and at my salon of choice. My acrylics are uneven, bumpy, and misshapen; but the nail tech was "too busy" (with who knows what, trying to get home?) that she couldn't fix them. The nail tech my mom had was just as bad. She was incredibly rough and cut my mom multiple times. It is safe to say we will never be going back. This place is expensive, so PLEASE save your money or go elsewhere. It is just not worth it. So sad what's happened to this place.
