  • Love this target but they really need new carts. All of the flaps that are in the child seats are broken and my son has cut himself twice. I have to make sure I bring in a blanket for him to sit on because I can't sit there going through every cart to find one that isn't broken and jagged. I went through 4 and gave up, all were broken.
