Terrible experience beginning with my first visit where one of the support staff rudely insisted they had told me ahead of time that I would need to give a urine sample (they hadn't.) A nice member of the team managed to smooth that over and I stayed.
On two of the next four visits, I was informed that the doctor was running at least an hour behind. Since I had to go to work, I couldn't stay that late, so that was wasted time. Finally, on my second attempt to get the results of a biopsy (something that seemed relatively important to me), after waiting an hour and a half and being informed I still wasn't next, I again had to leave for work and vowed never to return.
How is Dr. Verni as a doctor? No idea - we never got that far. Perhaps if he or his staff had the ability to properly plan out his day, we would know that.
