  • One of the worst experiences of my life. I'm going to save you the trouble of listening to my traumatic story and honestly just DON'T GO HERE. It's one thing to be overpriced but it's another to be overpriced AND do a bad job. Brought my leather jacket in for repair, it was a simple restitching of the top snap that broke. Not only did they totally mess it up and not do what I asked but Cory the owner was a complete ASS about it. He is seriously on some ego power trip. Told me how no one in the City would be able to fix this blah blah. I went to Perfect Leather on King West and they were able to fix Sandalman's mistake and guess what, it only cost me $10. Do you want to know what Sandalman charged me? - $100!! That extra 0 is not a mistake. After a lengthy argument I was finally able to get $50 of that back. Absolutely terrible service. For your basic job maybe it's fine but don't bring anything leather you actually care about here to fix, go to Perfect Leather they're so much better and excellent service! Cory (Sandalman) said I'd be back once I exhausted my search to find a better fix to their mistake; guess what bud - I found a better solution and I am definitely NOT coming back!!
