These friendly people are making some delicious breads and pastries. When we walked in, a woman immediately offered us some samples of a couple of their breads. The honey bread and vanilla custard stuffed bread were both delicious enough to tempt us into buying a few items for breakfast the following morning. We bought a coconut macaroon, a coconut butter bun and a coconut tart (are you noticing a trend here? I like coconut). All were very delicious. They also have some more traditionally Asian offerings featuring bed bean paste and taro. The woman explained to me that they combine a fusion of Asian, American and European influences in their baking. I say yum. The signage reads Mekong Bakery outside of this establishment, so don't get confused.
