  • The management of Rock Creek (formerly known as Piper Station), is not managing well at all. I've noticed that when I arrive to visit my boyfriend, the same man appears with his dog every time. I started being more cautious and aware, in doing so, I noticed the cameras mounted on his bedroom window. When I brought my concern to management, they minimized the situation, and disregarded my concern! A few nights later, this same man approached me in the parking lot. Again, management showed zero concern for my safety. The bottom line is Safety should be a priority and Rock Creek isn't showing any concern about safety.
