  • If I could give this hotel no stars I absolutely would. My friends and I stayed at this hotel Aug 4th-6th for Caribana. Check in was at 3pm, we arrived there around 3:10pm...and was told our room wouldn't be ready until 3:45pm. Already annoyed with that because it put a damper on our plans that were previously planned to go to a day party. We leave our room, put a DND (Do Not Disturb) sign on the outside of our door so that no one would come into our room...just to find that one of the house keepers helped themselves to our personal belongings. The hotel initially said they couldn't do anything simply because we didn't have "physical proof" but was proven that the house keeper scanned into our room MINUTES after we had left. Everyone gave my friend and I the run around. No one could tell us any updates. Even the police couldn't tell ya anything. Imagine you going out of the country just to get your personal belongings stolen by an employee of the establishment you are patron in...and the hotel doesn't even apologize. Nothing was done until I talked to corporate! I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE STAY AT THIS PISS POOR ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN. Beware! Keep all personal items on you at all times. Smh.
