Composite review for over 8 years.
I have dropped my annual "subscription" to Banfield. It made no economic sense for my 3 cats (now down to 1). The vet service has always been excellent; receptionists fine. Vet techs -- engaged and helpful. But financially, it no longer makes sense for a single cat, for me at least. My rating has nothing to with service or staff.
