Horrible service. Called to order over the phone and the girl i spoke with Paola was not professional at all. At the end of my order i asked for my total and she put me on hold for 5 minute. The phone somehow got disconnected and I called back. When I asked for my total again she once again placed me on a hold hold (3 minutes this time) Phone cut off i again I tried to call back several times but the line was now busy. Drove to the actual location turns out Paola never actually put the order in. There was no apology or anything. This is simply unacceptable. The poor standard of service should not be accepted by any management. This lack of service will drive customers away. IHOP management this should definitely be addressed.
