OK, so now its Monday. Did the technician show up on Saturday as promised, of course not.
Today I received a call from delivery/customer service asking me if they can schedule the technician to come out on Thursday as their technicians are typically able to repair headrests that are off the track. I said OK and asked why the technician did not show up on Saturday? She said there was a "clerical mix up" between delivery dispatch and customer service where a customer was added and not communicated.
so she promised to call me on Thursday to narrow down the time the technician will show up, so we will see if this happens and whether the technician actually shows up or not.
