  • Bought my Mustang new in '11 and the experience was so good that I think a review is warranted. I was stepped through the sales process at a very considerate pace, given a very fair trade in amount for my used car and was treated (and still am) with the professionalism that made the experience enjoyable and memorable. I still take the drive from Cleveland to Akron because I get free oil changes for life as part of the deal. They also earned my business for any after market products that I seek and when I am in the market for a new car I know exactly where I am going. I think they try so much harder is because they're not the big fish so they work their best angle which is excellent customer care and a family centered environment in the facility. Heck any place that offers fresh popped caramel corn is a winner in my book! Consider Park Ford a destination if you will be in the market for a new vehicle(Mustang baby!!!) Cheers!
