  • Very difficult to reach anyone with direct answers. Each time I have called, I customer service consistently spends 3 to 4 minutes verifying every single detail they have ever known about me. After verifying my details, they are totally unqualified or can't answer the most basic questions. When they try to answer my questions, I get nothing meaningful. Weeks and in some cases months making repeated calls trying to get answers. Never able to get direct answers. VERY frustrating.
