  • My friends and I were just in Vegas for a bachelorette party and had heard great things about the pool at Planet Hollywood. We booked a cabana for the day and when we got there, there was some confusion about the time booked and we had shown up later than we had booked. Within 5 minutes, Michael (I assume the manager) was correcting the issue and had us in a cabana poolside with no issues. He then stopped by an hour later just to make sure we were taken care of after he fixed OUR mistake, not theirs. Vegas is so busy, and I have never in my life received such amazing service in Vegas chaos, especially when the mistake was ours in the first place. If I could give more than five stars I would. PH, but Michael specifically, exceeded expectations and made the pool day my favorite part of the weekend. I'm blown away with the genuine kind service given in a place where people are typically treated well based on how much money they have to offer. Thanks, planet Hollywood for setting yourself apart from the rest of the casinos!
