  • Dr. Jain is great, but the staff at the front desk needs to be fired. I have gone in for allergy shot appointments and wouldn't be served for 30-45 minutes even if the waiting room was completely empty. What's the point of making an appointment if I won't even be seen? The staff in charge of administering allergy shots do not care about their patients' time. Spending 30 minutes waiting to get a shot, then waiting 30 minutes afterward to get my arms checked is ridiculous. Whenever I go to the lady at the front desk to ask why it's taking so long, she tries to argue with me. Nowadays, she won't even greet me when I open the door. I always leave this place feeling irritated at best.
