  • Waiting in drive thru line over 20 min today. When I finally made it up to order no one ever spoke up. Finally car in front of me was gone, drove to pick up window, rude girl at drive thru window started they was short handed, she wasn't going to work hard cause manager on duty didnt care, wasn't helping out. Finally after 30 min I received my food but the soda machine didnt automatically fill my drink and girl didnt know how to manually make the machine work. I suggested she go to the dining area to fill my soda up. Wow, can't believe people actually get paid to provide such awful service and care even less about learning how to use equipment. Owner of this franchise needs to shake things up. Oh and after I pulled off I checked my bag for correct order and they even got that wrong.
