  • I would vote this 0 stars if I could. Possibly the most useless carpet company ever. Wanted to redo a very small section of my home, was promised it would be done simply and efficiently. Nonetheless, I was canceled on 3 separate times after the guys didn't show up on time when "they were on their way" for the past 4 hours. I was only offered $100 off after the first missed appointment, and then $200 off after all the trouble I went through. Needless to say, I did NOT end up using this company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They also didn't refund me my credit for my appointment. Horrible.
