  • Today was my first trip to LGO, the place is hyped on Instagram and by Phoenicians in general. I was a little less than impressed. It is very crowded inside when there is a line and you're stuck between the cooler filled with salads and juices, merchandise shelves and the door. And then being called to get your food you have to barge back through people ordering coffee and the other patrons waiting for food. My tuna sandwich was really good. I did enjoy it, however I ordered a side of spinach and there was a beetle in it. I thought it was a folded up spinach leaf but no, green beetle. It's not a huge deal, because fresh produce often has bugs but it was disappointing that LGO doesn't throughly wash and inspect their produce. Overall, if I go again it'll be at an off hour (probably mid afternoon) and it'll be for take out.
