The main reason why I visited Jozo was because of the chemistry like glass bottles they serve their drinks in.
I mean if I have to drive down to Henderson, I really need to force myself to like the place. Honestly though, I ended up liking Jozo very much.
The service was pleasant and the seating is unexpectedly like a group table style. The seats are attached to the tables like the ones at Loftti's cafe on rainbow. The shop seems to be more of a place to study at which gives off the feeling that you should whisper rather than speak at comfortable volumes.
Now on to the drinks, my sister and I ordered a 16 oz matcha milk tea and a 16 oz Thai tea which comes in the glass bottles. If you order a 12 oz, it comes in a regular plastic boba cup. My Thai tea was so good and the boba tasted fresh. The matcha milk tea was more milky with earthy undertones which was quite nice.
We also got the dessert Matcha Madness that had three waffles sticks drizzled with chocolate sauce. Under the waffle sticks was one scoop of matcha ice cream, mochi and two warmed wafers on the side. The dessert and the two drinks came out to $21.
I most definitely will take the drive down to Jozo whenever and I'm absolutely glad that I took the time to check it out.
