From the first time my husband and I walked in the doors, we were told absolutely everything we needed to know to succeed. They name their plan FTDI (Follow The Damn Instructions!) When I followed them, whether I liked it or not, I succeeded! This plan is NOT easy. It's very difficult. It takes food prep. The food is incredibly limiting, but if you follow the damn instructions it's nearly impossible to ever be hungry (that's a first for me when I'm trying to lose weight!) It takes motivation to get to the gym, nearly everyday. You have to eat all the damn time. You have to post progress to social media (which is incredible accountability!) Old habits have to die. But, it all works. In 6 weeks I lost 23.8 pounds and my husband lost 22.8 pounds. We are now both signed up for a second challenge. The trainers care about our success. And I was pleasantly surprised by the community that I found with other challengers and members. I've never been one to walk into a gym and "make friends" - here, I'm cheered on by and cheer on several people. People really know my name. I watched a friend do two challenges and lose over 45 lbs before signing up. I've seen how this program changes lives. I'm no longer a skeptic!
