  • I really really wanted to like this place but it was just ok. The spa area is fairly small and just ok. I do enjoy looking at magazines while Im lounging around and they had nothing great. The person who gave me the message was just ok. Now some positive notes. The place was clean and their steam room was set on a perfect temperature which is pretty hard to do. The thing that just made me almost contact the manager to complain was when I was about to leave they automatically added a 20% tip to my bill. I thought that is my decision on tipping what I feel the service I was worth. I guess this place is mandatory 20%. Scottsdale is full of spas. I will be checking out other places.
