  • An extra star for the staff's friendliness but boy was I disappointed with the way they took care of Dougy, my maltipoo. Dougy was boarded for 4 nights and, by the time I picked him up, he was FILTHY! He smelled disgusting and when I commented on his appearance the front desk receptionist said, "that's because he had fun." Even if he had fun, I would be ashamed of returning someone's beloved pet in such a dirty and smelly state. Dougy was white when he came in and brown and YELLOW when I picked him up. It was as if they let him lie down in his own urine. I also noticed that he had scratches on his nose and elbow when I brought him home and gave him a bath. They didn't mention whether or not he was in a scuffle. All they said was that he did great and had a lot of energy. I don't know if they were trying to cover up for something or not but he wasn't supposed to be with other dogs. It seems very shady that they didn't mention it at all. I wouldn't trust them with Dougy again. Be wary because you get what you pay for.
