  • Moved from Las Vegas to Orlando Florida. Before our big moved called to make sure we can transfer service they said yes. Called back once we moved and was informed neighborhood we moved too they were unable to transfer service at that there would be no termination fee. Received bill 200.00 termination fee. So called spoke to 4 different people and was hung up one twice 2 hours later still no answer. The contract we signed never said anything about these hidden fees. We were told no charge by one person then different by others. So many hidden fees that make no sense awful experience.
