A couple of days ago my dad and I went here to set up our automatic payment again as my dads credit card had expired and so he had to get a new one. When we arrived we requested if we could set up our automatic payment again and she she can re-enable it to us. Fast forward a few days we get an automated text message saying we did not have automatic payment set up. So today we drive all the way back and ask if they can enable automatic payment for us again and so they did. Hardly do I ever give a 2 star review but the first time around our time was practically wasted as we requested if we could enable automatic payment and was told it was set, and now today the lady that assisted us to enable automatic payment stated that there would be an additional three dollar fee for paying in person. Just doesn't make any sense to me that if a customer drives to the store to pay in person there's a fee added to it, but I guess you get what you pay for. Considering AT&T owns Cricket you would expect that customer service would be like AT&T but I guess not.
Pros:
+Store is clean and well organized
Cons:
-Employees don't even smile and look like they hate their job
-Very poor customer service
-Poorly trained staff
