  • So we initially thought this was a great experience- we had a great deal moving in special, we liked that we felt we were getting a better deal over another company with non-climatized units. We finally emptied our unit out after our rates kept increasing. We were disappointed with the end process, when we learned that we don't get credited back any amount of our storage unit price. They took out payment on the 3rd, it is now the 11th. Just a fair warning when renting- make sure you empty out your unit before the next billing cycle hits otherwise you lose money. It's a sickening thought thinking that they'll rent out our unit and make double off our storage unit. Sharon was really nice, but 2 stars are for their not prorating us for unused time on our storage unit. Update* Sharon just called my husband, who had given her 4 out of 5 stars on their review card when he checked out and asked him to change his review to 5 stars so she wouldn't get in trouble with her boss. Who does that?? He clearly explained he didn't give them 5 stars because it was out of Sharon's hands that we didn't get any money back from moving out of our storage unit early. He's a lot nicer than me because my 2 star review just got bumped to 1 star because she called us and asked him to do that.
