  • When I first walked in I asked how long it would take for a guys haircut and Sefali(Indian descent)told me about five minutes so I informed my husband and he parked the car and walked in. She thought I was his mother and said it twice, not just one time. (Mind you, I'm 5'1 and you would ID me three times before giving me a drink.) Her compliments are as bad as her haircuts. My husband sat down on the chair she asked him what number he uses on the machine when he normally gets a haircut. Now if she was a professional she would have asked how he would like the length of his hair, how he normally styles his hair, etc..and she would have dived in and did what she was good at. Also, instead of building a personal relationship with him being in her chair, she kept pushing the products they have on sale. Wasn't very professional. As I saw her cutting my husbands hair, I could see that he was on the edge of his chair the entire time. And nobody should ever feel that way especially when they are getting pampered. You should feel relaxed because you're in good hands. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for him this time, she patched up my husbands hair and we left with him being very angry and unsatisfied. She ruined his night and my night too. I WOULD NOT recommend this place. My husband swore never to set foot in that place ever again and drive the extra 20 minutes to the lady that normally cuts his hair.
