  • The botanical garden was the #1 thing I was looking forward to when traveling to Phoenix! The whole place was AMAZING!! The workers were very helpful when we asked them questions about the cacti and the mountains in the distance! They also have a small camera stand so you can get a good picture with everyone included! They had just opened up the butterfly exhibit the day before we came. They weren't flying around much due to their wings still drying but it allowed for some good up close pictures! We also ate lunch at the little cafe in the back! They only had cold food available like salads and sandwiches. Very good but a little pricey. The best part is that little chipmunks and birds come right up to you to beg for food. I loved it!
