  • Below is my initial review for this business... However I've since changed my review from five stars to two stars. In recent months this business and the quality of service has dramatically decreased and I no longer recommend West Valley Repair Service. I "think" there was a misunderstanding with an unpaid bill, which I would have been happy to pay except nobody ever called to accept payment or even alerted me that a payment was needed. Instead their new "receptionist" told a referral I sent them that they no longer do business with me because of nonpayment. Firstly, this is extremely unprofessional and secondly it's simply not true. I e-mailed the company directly to inform them of the situation after I heard about this from the referral (obviously embarrassed) and there was no follow up or apology. I eventually tried to use them again hoping that it was a single bad experience, but nobody ever showed to the appointment that was scheduled. This all happened several months ago but upon looking at my yelp page today, I realized an adjustment needed to be made. I hope that West Valley Repair Service sees this reveiw change and gets back to the good business practices they first had. This is a very professional and reliable business! I've used them several times now with a few rental properties that I work with and even once for my own house and I've been very impressed with their response time and results. They've repaired refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers for me so far (But I know that they do other items as well: Swamp coolers, water filters, pool pumps, heat pumps, air purifiers, compactors, disposals, central air and heat, and basic plumbing and electrical too). All of the guys are very knowledgeable, informative, and polite. They will go anywhere in the valley and will provide you with great customer service. Appliances are so expensive and so when something goes wrong - It's nice to have a solution to the problem and that's exactly what West Valley Repair Service provides.
