So this is an update from my review back in 2014. I have been a loyal customer of this salon and have seen many of their stylists. I have to say that my recent visit this February was an absolute disappointment. I went in for a colour touch-up. I was advised by the gentleman on the phone that Ali is great with colour. So I trusted his suggestion and paid a visit to Ali. I asked for a subtle ombre that would brighten my look and frame my face. I ended up getting an orangy tone with streaky and clumpy colour. What disappointed me most was that the colourist that I had did not service me from start to finish. I was passed onto another stylist as he took on another client who wasn't happy with her colour. They seemed to know each other very well, so he was happy to pass me onto someone else and continued onto this new client. This "passing of the customers over" seems to be a regular practice as this has happened to me before. I mean, if you did my colour, shouldn't you be the one to check if it came out alright?
I seem to drop around $200+ at this salon frequently and the service seems to be slowly declining. I will say that some of the staff that sets you up with a robe and a drink aren't the friendliest. I'm just disappointed because this place used to be great!
