+Great location as Hotel Victoria is nearby tourist attractions and public transportation as well. I took a bus, subway and streetcar that were all just steps away from the hotel. There is also a Shoppers Drug Mart nearby if you need to grab water, toiletries, etc.
+Our standard queen room was clean and modern. The hardwood floor was a nice touch. Although it is probably small and cozy to most people, it was fine for me since we were barely in the room during our stay.
+Free wi-fi that isn't the fastest but it works.
+They offer to hold your luggage if need be. You can also extend your check-out but you'll have to check the availability to do so on the morning you check-out.
+Be sure to check out the discount cards by the front desk. I saw one for 13% off at H&M (basically Toronto sales tax) and some for discounts on tourist activities so they may come in handy for you.

-The front desk wasn't very friendly. When I checked in, the two gentlemen behind the desk had their eyes glued to their computer screens and took a while to look up and acknowledge me. It was the same throughout the stay.
-The elevator was quite slow and on one occasion, wasn't working. We had to take the stairs and I swear they got steeper as we walked up (six floors I might add!).
