Stayed here while in town from Texas. As many other reviewers noted, the exterior entrances caught me off guard. The staff was amazing and extremely professional. I can't say enough about them. The courtyard seating areas are quaint and a nice way to wind down. They really set this place apart from the newer, more eclectic hotels. I stayed 3 nights. I did find it odd that my room was skipped by housekeeping on one of these days (I didn't put the Do Not Disturb tag on my door either). I also had trouble with my mini fridge being very loud and rattling. I was unable to reach the cord behind the television, so I had to live with that. I did not bring any of these items to the hotel staff's attention, so I don't think it's fair to consider that in my rating. Overall, I would stay here again. There is a Hula Burgers & Tacos down the street (within walking distance) which was delicious as well.
