  • I had my first tattoo done at Black Widow, and I can't gush about the people at the shop enough. From the start of our email communication, Jackson was extremely friendly and responsive, and I had a consultation booked right away with Rosario. I've seen his designs on instagram, and was absolutely in love with his work. After the consult, everything was communicated clearly at the time of booking by the girl at reception (unfortunately didn't get her name) and she was very sweet with all my questions. On the day of the tattoo, Jackson was so welcoming and friendly, and even offered me food and water before the session. I couldn't imagine a better experience for my first tattoo - Rosario was patient and professional, and really paid attention to the details that I wanted in the design and was so helpful in the size and positioning of what I wanted. Since it was quite high on my upper thigh, Rosario offered me a privacy screen to make me more comfortable, and communicated with me throughout the session to make sure I was doing well. The entire experience was extremely professional and friendly. Rosario is an amazing artist and the final result was absolutely gorgeous. It also didn't hurt that he was a really chill guy to chat with and he was super sweet throughout the whole process. And they even check in after a couple of days to see how the healing process is going. All in all, the shop was spotless, friendly, and just top tier. Can't recommend them enough, so definitely check out their portfolio.
