HORRIBLE service. I never check my bill, I just pay it online every month and I randomly checked it one day and noticed that they have been over charging me. Not by just a couple of dollars but by $46 a month. I'm sorry, WHAT?! So I went into the store and the so called "manager" was BEYOND rude and kept arguing with me. I think her name was Vienna. My boyfriend who was also with me was trying to explain to her what happened and she told him to "stop talking". Also, whenever I would start talking she would just start talking right over me. She then tried to demand that i give her my phone because I "didn't even pay for it". WHAT?! Is this real life? She was completely unprofessional and is clearly not fit to run a store. She was not understanding of my situation whatsoever and did not offer any help or ways to try to fix the issue. I was also told a few things when I got the phone a year ago and when I asked her about them she said "no that's not the case". It's not MY fault that none of your employees know what they are talking about. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. She told me that if she wanted to she could refund me the money but she wasn't going to.
I ended up calling and speaking with a district manager who cleared everything up and actually understood my situation and did everything he could, which was WAY more than she did.
If I could give zero stars I would.
