  • I have never been more impressed with Dr. Pullen and his whole entire staff! My 5 year old Maltese needed Patella (knee) surgery and I was terrified! But it had to be done! He was in great pain and looked so defeated! I was referred to this facility, by my friend, who has been taking her dogs and cats to this facility for over 20 years! The facility is beautiful, but really impressed me was how they treated my dog, like it was the only dog or animal being treated there! The whole staff knows you and your dog or animal by name! During surgery they called me 3 times to update me on the surgery and progress. And then after surgery, Dr. Pullen called me to update me on the procedure. Then when I went to pick up my dog to bring him home, Dr. Pullen went over everything! He spent 1 1/2 hours going over the entire surgery, what they did-complete with pictures taken at surgery and all x-rays. Also, detailed instructions on how to care for my dog after surgery. They even sent me home with all the pictures and X-rays. My dog is almost 4 weeks out and he has no limp whatsoever and the pain is not in his eyes anymore! Thank God! I only wish, my own personal doctors were this attentive and detail-oriented! I couldn't be more impressed with this whole facility! You and your pet are in great hands here for sure!!! Mary C.
