rev:text	BEWARE! We recently rented a car from Payless. They aren't located at the airport. You have to grab a shuttle (which took quite awhile) and they're located off-site within a hotel. They do offer 1-ways, which none of the other car rentals at the airport had. We "booked" through Priceline, but do yourself a favor and ignore the pricing on Priceline, because what Payless actually charged us was considerably more than Priceline. Their reasoning was that Priceline doesn't take airport taxes into consideration (even though they aren't located at the airport). The shuttle driver was extremely polite and helped us with our bags. That's about the only positive experience we had. Once we got to the desk, the lady in line before us was turned away despite having her Priceline receipt indicating she'd already paid for the car. They were telling her that it's impossible to pay for a Payless car through Priceline and they wouldn't honor her payment through Priceline. They also seemed unwilling to help her figure out the situation, just turning her away. They suggested the payment must have been for insurance on the car. Our turn at the desk: they charged us for gas even though we requested to fill the car with gas ourselves before returning it. We even asked to double check on the pricing (it seemed very high) and they reassured us they had not charged us for gas. When we returned the car in Raleigh, the itemized receipt showed that they had in fact had charged us for gas after telling us they hadn't. We had to request a refund when we dropped off the car. This comes across as being extremely shady. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!
