| - This dental practice is great! From the moment we made our first appointment, we were greeted as part of the "family" and treated with respect and great care. Y'know when you walk into a sterile environment and feel like you need to shower afterwards? Not here...this place is bright, clean, friendly - wonderful atmosphere, comfortable - what you'd want a docs office to be. We knew we were in for some serious dental work, and having just gotten some poor treatment at a different practice were hesitant. We do have dental insurance, but were thrilled to see how the staff was constantly by us, guiding us into better dental health.
Was it expensive? Dental work ain't cheap, but they were - again - very accommodating. We are a single income family, and don't use credit cards, so budget is of the utmost importance. Before doing any work beyond the included insurance cleanings, we were treated to a visit from the benefits coordinator. And a treat it was. Along with her was the dentist, guiding us to the things that needed the most immediate attention, and away from things that might be able to wait a bit, along with alternatives that might be cheaper and temporary, should finance need to rule the conversation. We knew, to the penny, what was to be paid before we ever made another move.
We were treated with the utmost respect when considering what we could afford at that time, and again, considerations were made to help us pay the balance over a couple months.
If i went on much longer, you'd probably get suspicious and think that the office wrote this. They didn't. Dr. Fairchild and his entire staff has been instrumental in getting our oral health back in order and we are very thankful.
ps. The staff really seems to really respect and enjoy each other. If you can take a step back, think of how rare that is, and how much more positive the energy is in a place like THAT, where the staff will rally around serving you the best way they can.
pps. i am completely perplexed/suspicious of a couple of the lower rating comments on here - only because I came in as a stranger expecting to walk out a little frustrated, because that has been my experience in most dental offices - but not here. Free speech and all, but honetsly...they were above the bar in service. WAAAY above the bar in personality. Above the bar in professionalism. Above the bar in cleanliness. Above the bar in - well - everything! Top notch. Can't wait for my next checkup.
