They do give samples and the popcorn is good, but the next morning the bag containing Garrett's Mix (chedder and sweet caramel) had a huge grease stain on the side of the bag. It was double-bagged so this was a huge amount of oil that seeped out of the popcorn and onto the bag. I couldn't believe there was that much oil used to make this product. Michelle was very friendly, although purchasing the popcorn took nearly 10 minutes. Something was holding up the line although I couldn't figure out how buying popcorn, which is normally such a simple transaction, could have taken longer than 2-3 minutes per customer. One guy walking buy jumped in front of me when it was my turn and asked for a sample after I had been waiting nearly 10 minutes and she helped him before me. I wasn't too happy about that. He wasn't buying anything, he just wanted to taste it. Fine, but stand in line like me to try a free sample. Yeah...I won't be going back.
