Found the car I wanted to buy on a Sunday night. Wanted do a little research online as I have never owned this specific make or known anyone who has. Monday I sent an e-mail to the salesman and requested a response by Wednesday morning (planning to buy if additional was provided and response to our liking). No response by noon. Their Customer Service department sent a text later in the afternoon to see if I was still interested. I replied yes, however, that I was waiting on a response from the salesman. The salesman replies Wednesday night. I get a call from their customer service department who answered the questions that the salesman did not respond to. I made an appointment for Saturday so someone could go over specifics of the car as the salesman did not know anything about it (that did not play a role into this review as he was honest & straightforward with everything - the only good thing that happened). I called Saturday to see if we could move the appointment earlier in the day. I was told not a problem and someone would be available to talk bumper to bumper. We get there and the car sold the day before, however wanted to see if I wanted to look at other vehicles. Now if she told me that over the phone there wouldn't be an issue. HORRIBLE customer service. Btw, this particular employee who worked at other car dealerships talked trashed about the competition...which should have been my first sign of their customer service skills.
