  • This is my second time writing a review for this company- I suppose my original post was deleted somehow. These people DO know how to do hair. Its so hard to find a hair stylist in Arizona that knows how to deal with African American hair! BUT The customer service is HORRIBLE. They NEVER answer my calls or voicemails. Its a headache trying to book an appointment with these people because it's so difficult to even reach them. When you do finally get a hold of them- they seem frazzled (maybe the person is working on someone's hair at the moment) and they rush you. On top of this, they are not very good about minding other people's time. I walked in on several occasions and my hair stylist (either Mozell or Nikki) were still working on someone else's hair and I had to wait at least 30 minutes to even start my appointment. That is not very professional. Overall, they have the capability to slay your hairstyle (have to give credit where its due)- just don't expect great customer service. :/
