  • The service here needs a lot of work. If you have to wait, just know that even if you are there 2 hours before closing, they will have you waiting and waiting for a tech only to be rushed out of the door without being fully serviced because they want to go home. No professionalism at all. The owner wants you to be understanding for your time being wasted but really doesn't give a crap about your time being wasted. There are a million other nail salons in this area and I'm happy to pay someone who values their customers.
