Pissed off!!!! BEWARE WHAT YOU ORDER!!! Even if they send you the wrong item you will not get you shipping costs refunded OR be compensated in any way. So sorry, you just lose your money!!!!
I almost never write a bad review, that said..... I found a really cute light purple and yellow full zip northface hoodie. They didn't have my size. I was offered by an associate that they can send it to me but I will just have to pay shipping. I really liked it so I said no prob, let's do this! :) I waited patiently for 2 weeks only to get my package and realize I was sent the wrong item in the mail! No problem I thought, Nordstrom does refunds or exchanges... Well I get to the store and they can't find a like item exchange because they need the number off the tag of the item I wanted. So they said they can just return the item and refund everything but shipping ($7.95). It's not the money, it's the principle, can I get some kind of store credit since the error was not mine? Well..... no compensation could be made in the store at all even though it wasn't the item I had requested. How can that be? As a manager myself I understand that if there was an error made by my staff or my company I will issue some kind of compensation..... This is just wrong. Poor customer service. My husband and I shop here often, how can I walk in here thinking that they will take care of me when clearly $8 is more important to them than customer satisfaction?!!
Clearly upset, but hopefully your experiences here are better than mine... I felt the need to warn potential "ship to home" customers, otherwise, Happy shopping! :)
