This is my 3rd year at Sonora Canyon and I've been here for a few different management companies. This new team is the best by far, they are quick to address any issues and seems like they actually care about cleaning up the place. There has been a problem with dog poop around the building and when they got the complaint they acted immediately to resolve the issue. Jack from the front office team even came back and walked the area and asked a few neighbors about the issue. This kind of stuff went on unchecked by previous management group. My washing machine broke around thursday of last week but I didn't get around to calling in a work order until this monday, Sam from maintenance came the same day but didn't have the correct part. He ordered it and Tuesday around 5pm the part came in and Sam came back to fix the washer. He left but when I tried to do a load the washer still wasn't working, I called and left a message and about 10 minutes later Sam came back. He did some more troubleshooting and couldn't figure out the problem. Sam ended up bringing a brand new washing machine still in the box, he was there until 9pm installing the new one and running back and forth for hoses and clamps. It was awesome. Above and beyond. I was so grateful for his hard work and he didn't complain once. He was happy to fix the problem. I hope they see this review and let him know he's a great worker. Like I said, I've had many issues in the past 3 years and previously been treated like a moron by the former office staff. So i know there were days where it was pretty bad around here. But I think it took a great turn with the new management company.
