  • I am new to the area and am an avid Pottery Barn shopper ( I'm from CA so Pottery Barn is pretty much a household name where I am from). Imagine my surprise when I am doing a little retail therapy and see a Pottery Barn in the Beachwood Mall! As I was searching for a couch, I thought why not try my favorite home store to start? Well, I didn't leave and have a new couch that is being delivered in a few weeks!! I don't think that it would have been without Katherine (the stores design consultant) that I would have decided on the perfect couch for me. Not only did she offer her professional services in a clear, concise and sensitive way but she actually took the time to come over and help me sort my place to see if the couch would work for me and what color would look best. She took the time to go over many styles and colors and in the end I picked out my perfect style! If you have any home decorating needs or questions, Katherine is so knowledgable and friendly and is more than happy to take the time out to help you and really listen to your needs!! I'll defiantly be going back for end tables and a coffee table in the near future. Thank you so much Katherine for making this such a exciting, new and calm transition for me! It's really very appreciated!
