  • Up late and I knew I needed some hot food. It was a long night of taking care of business (actual work, not out drinking) and a burger and fries just sounded right. Temp? Medium... Wait no, medium-rare. Felt a little worried about the decision this being 4:30 in the morning and all and it's just a chain bar. But that was the best burger I've had in I can't remember. It's a subtle thing making a medium-rare burger, and too many think it's easy, just to do it wrongity wrong wrong. I had to thank the Cook, Devon, for doing a job well done (or medium-rare). [the burger was warm all the way through, juicy as they come]
