Horrible ! Awful! I wanted to buy a cello, which was beat up but it's still nice, but the manager wanted to charge retail price ! At first , she told me $100. Then she went to the back, looked up cello, and came out wth a price tag of $300. It was probably only worth $100.01. I walked away. I know she stole it. Who would turn down a sale like that for something donated, free, and something no one else wanted. The employees and volunteers are always sad. Did their dog just die ? Did they smell a sour fart? I have no clue. I refuse to pay over retail price for items with stains and holes in it. I literally picked up a dress from there and watched a huge roach just dance on it. Save your money. Go to another thrift store. Do whatever you want , just make sure you don't come here !!!
