  • The positive reviews of Nordstrom on here are Nordstrom employees. I am convinced because the past probably 12-15 times I have been in this store in the last year and a half I have had HORRIBLE customer service. The makeup counters (all of them basically but mainly Nars, Lancome, Bobbi Brown and Chanel) have very rude employees who are more concerned with their commission than helping customers. I have a good tip though for others reading...get a pen and paper, write down what colors you want of various eye shadows, etc and buy them from Bloomingdales online (sadly there is no Bloomingdales physical stores in AZ). What else..the "salon shoes" area of the store is HORRIBLE. The people who work there are SO SO SO SO SO rude. The last time I needed to exchange shoes that had a defect I got an employee who said "use your judgement this is not a defect. The only reason these shoes are expensive is because of the brand name; it is not the quality." Luckily I asked for a manager, as I often do, as the service is poor from all the representatives and she exchanged the shoes.
