The "assistant manager" is the least helpful person. She was completely unwilling to help or hear me out as a customer. She would not own the mistake of one of her sales men but dodge everything I would say with "you signed a contract". Even after speaking with other supervisors and managers in the call center who approved my situation to be over looked she denied it and said "I signed a contract". Even after eventually getting a hold of a VP within the company even he mentioned that if he sends me back there "they'll tell me the same thing and won't be helpful". This VP did everything I was trying to get done and waived the extra fees and purchase that I was never supposed to be sold. I was lied to by the sales person and he took complete advantage of my situation and vulnerability and sold me a phone when I didn't need to. Set the expectation that my stolen phone could be replaced at no additional charge. Never told me "you should file a claim, this phone is still under warranty". What type of service is that? As a customer we should be guided and pointed in the right direction which benefits us as a consumer and not tricked and lied to for their benefit and commission. I am extremely pissed at this specific store for allowing these mistakes to happen and condoning it. No ownership! I will never step foot in this store again and no one else should either. I had been with this company for 10 years and they were ready to lose a loyal customer just like that. Not everyone in the company is as bad as these bad apples and thank god for my message finally being heard by a VP who assisted me. He has stored my faith back in the company and I hope that not everyone in every store is as horrible and unwilling to help as these people here.
