  • After my last review was posted, Carletta reached out to me the same day and personally invited me in for another appt. She stressed how important customer satisfaction was to her and offered to redo my hair for free. After another 2 hours in the chair I'm happy to say I'm much happier with my hairstyle now! She explained that she used a demi-color instead of a semi-color on my hair this time, since my hair had already been previously processed. The demi-color acts as a polymer and coats the hair and lasts longer **hopefully** up to 3 months. The color is still a lot darker than I had originally asked for but she also explained that with each wash the color should fade a little and this time it will work in my favor. I've washed my hair 3 or 4 times since then and I do notice that some of the color comes off on my towels still, not sure if that's normal. But I've gotten lots of compliments on the darker color and she redid my cut as well, which has gotten even more compliments! So thanks to Carletta for saving my hair. If you are thinking about coming to this salon I would recommend her.
