I got a new phone last week because mine shattered. The glass protector that was on my phone was the brand that you buy once and send the cracked one back to the company and they send a new one for free. They failed to give my cracked cover back to me to send in. I went back today to see what they could do to help me. They first went to look for a cracked screen to give me(kind of cheap) they couldn't find one so they offered me a 25% discount to re-buy the one I already bought(is this real life?). This was their bad not mine. I said no to that and after 30 minutes they reluctantly gave me a new glass screen protector... No box, no cleaning cloth, no instrument to put it on my phone... UNREAL. I pay enough for Verizon's shit service every month but I expected a lot more in regards to customer service. Pathetic.
