Okay so here is what I thought was great: a free class to try before commitment. They interview you before the session and show you how to use the equipment before the class. The trainer shows you each exercise before beginning an exercise. The trainer we had was Elza and he was very kind and answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge and he also showed me the right modifications as I am a beginner. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I did like that at the end of the session, Elza explained the process and what the numbers meant. He was very encouraging. The members were very encouraging and kind. I didn't feel judged or self conscious in any way during the workout.
What I didn't like:
They keep their pricing a secret until after the class and shove a clipboard in your face saying, so here are your options, without allowing me a few days to consider. There is no explanation of start up costs either. It's simply: so here are your options, go ahead and sign this... I didn't like that aspect. My heart rate monitor was not functioning appropriately and therefore my numbers were not completely accurate. That was very frustrating. I had to fix it 2-3 times during the work out.
Overall I think it's a good concept. I think they should offer teacher discounts and more discounts to new members. At this point I have not signed up for a membership.
